Bash Party Tickets

The concept of parties and feasts dates back to early times when there was no idea of surplus saving and when excess simply became spoilage. Parties or social gatherings, as they were naively called, were a way to show off and, at the same time, save the spoils.  The attendees felt an obligation to reciprocate by hosting a party of their own, and thus this unending cycle of social and cultural gatherings began.

A party is simply a gathering of a group of people at an event that includes food, drinks, gifts, and/or fun activities. With the advancement in language and refinement in the techniques of holding parties, the word bash gained prominence and was being used almost every time a particular event needed to be publicized immensely. Although people have defined differences between a party and a bash party, linguists term it in a colloquial way, more like a slang word, of saying the word ‘party’.

Types of Bash Parties and Their Tickets: The bash parties, like any other party, can be public or corporate, personal or intimate, or charity-based. These sub-categories offer separate services and serve different purposes for their audience. Just like their agendas, the tickets to these parties vary in price range and the activities they offer.

Public/Corporate

Balls and banquets: Balls and banquets see a large audience and are generally organized in big halls and marquees. Tickets to such events are sold at a per-head rate. Generally, children are not allowed below a certain age threshold. The tickets also offer discount vouchers to attend any other upcoming event, and their price is inclusive of the food and drinks that are served at the event.

Official Gatherings: Many offices throw bash parties regularly. These parties serve more to imbibe solidarity and esprit de corps amongst company employees than to have fun, although the latter is an integral part of any gathering. These are mostly New Year’s Eve parties or summer coming parties etc. The tickets to these parties have a fixed rate that includes food items. Drinks can be served complimentary, or the drinking corner can be made accessible with an all-you-can-drink for an hour or so. The tickets ensure that the attendee exactly knows what they have to pay and what all is in the offering.

Personal Gatherings

These gatherings have close family and friends as an audience. Types of such gatherings, along with their tickets’ details are as under: –

• Birthday Bash Party Ticket: These are personal parties and require a personal note to their audience. The tickets to such parties may be free for all or at a very low price or even a combination of both. The details on the tickets may include the dress code (if there is any), age limit, and the number of children that can avail of the ticket from one family.
• Baby Shower Bash Party Tickets: Another such personal event is the baby shower which entails an invitation to close family and relatives. Such tickets may include entry to the venue where the shower is being conducted along with access to a brunch/dinner arrangement elsewhere. The ticket serves as an entry pass to the latter event.
• Wedding Bash Party Tickets: These days even marriage ceremonies come under the category of bash parties. The ticket to such parties includes the attendance of the complete function along with the food service. Some tickets, however, may include access to any drinks corner, if there is any.
  
  Any celebration can be organized as a personal bash party like graduation day, engagement ceremonies, etc. Regardless of the event, if the tone of such parties is a personal one, then their tickets specify the names of guests, the venue along the additional facilities that they can avail themselves of at the party.

Charity Bash Parties

Few bash parties are organized that have a specific agenda of raising funds. These are charity bash parties or auction parties. They have a unique flavor. As not everyone has the capital to generate funds, the tickets of such parties are sold only at prior checking of bank accounts and other personal details. These tickets may also come with the option of free dinner or brunch vouchers.

As the bash parties are becoming trendier, their entry system has become advanced and limited. These parties are a great way to fulfill a specific purpose and tickets not only serve as a checklist for the organizers but also play an important role in ensuring that undue attendance is avoided.
